Membership

MEMBERSHIP RULES

Eligibility of a member is as follows:

a) Founder Members
The Founder members of the Foundation shall be persons who are signatories to the Memorandum of the Foundation on the Roll of Members of the Foundation maintained for the purpose of the date of the registration of the Foundation under Act XXI of 1860.
b) General Members
Any person of legal age willing to contribute to the objectives of the Foundation. Person becoming a member of the Foundation shall pay such sum as fees and other dues as may be determined by the Executive Committee.
c) Life Members
The Founder member of the Foundation shall be considered as life member and any person who will be interested in the activities of the Foundation and not hindered by law or the constitution of the Foundation may be enrolled as life Member on payments subject to the approval of the Executive Committee.
d) Donor member
Any interested person willing to donate may include as Donor member.
e) Honorary member
Outstanding persons interested to work for head and neck cancer patients.
f) Associate Members
Any non profitable organization or Associations or Groups willing to be the member of the foundation either of this soil or of foreign origin shall also be eligible for member ship to approval under provision of the law of Bangladesh. Committed to work with foundation may be included by the Executive Committee as Associate Member without the right to vote.
g) Corporate Member
Any corporate house can become the member with the intention of non profit and corporate social responsibility to work with the foundation.
h) Volunteer Members
Enthusiastic individuals committed to fulfillment the objectives of the foundation may be included by the Executive Committee to become Volunteer Member without voting right. No admission fee will be required.
